Direct a beam of sunlight onto the switch using a Mirror to unlock the entrance. (Some are available in a nearby chest if you need one.)
Be cautious as the cave is inhabited by a single Moth Gibdo and a number of Gibdo, there will be one guarding just beyond the entrance.
Inside the cave is Tingle's Hood . You will need to blow away the sand covering the treasure chest with either the provided fan or a guster-type weapon.
To the left of the treasure chest is another pile of sand. Blow it away to reveal the entrance to another chamber. The Bubbulfrog will be on the ceiling (-4405, -0640, 0457).
