The Lonely Goron is a character in Oracle of Seasons.
Oracle of Seasons
Reaching this red Goron's cave requires following a lengthy path to access his cave. Once reached, however, he will be pleased to see Link, and offer to reconfigure his Ring Box to carry more rings.[1]
If spoken to afterwards, he admits to being conflicted about living alone as he does[2].
