Jora is a character in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
Breath of the Wild
Jora can be found whilst being attacked by Bokoblins in the West Barrens. He is heading to Gerudo Town with Dillie "looking for ladies", although both thought the other knew where to go, leaving them horribly lost.

Jora is a member of the Zonai Survey Team, where he is found at the Foothill Stable. Jora can be found sitting on the ground, wearing only his underpants. He recently joined the survey team and questions why his first order as part of the team was to go into the field, wearing only underpants.[1] He doesn't seem enthusiastic about working, simply sitting on the ground, stating he's on an official break.[2]
