Gozzber is a character from Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
Gozzber can be found on the side of the road on the path that leads from Bedrock Bistro to Goron City. He is searching for some Fireproof Lizards.[1][2] He mentions to Link that Fireproof Lizards are the key ingredient for Fireproof Elixirs.[3] He can't purchase fireproof armor to protect himself from fire, as it is too expensive. However, fireproof lizards are free if he can catch them. He hints to Link that they often burrow inside of caves, with the Goronbi River Cave just ahead.
He also mentions they are sensetive to the sound of footsteps, so he advises Link to search elsewhere. He's a bit territorial, thinking Link is going to catch the lizards or scare them away.[4]
