Zelda's Cloak Thing

So, Zelda's cloak thing was given to Link. But why did Zelda have it while she was falling in the new trailer? Was Nintendo just being lazy or something? Also, is it the same thing as Link's parachute?

Where she falls is I believe a nightmare sequence which link has at the beginning of the game, not the actual in game event. Also it is link's parachute.

Im pretty sure there are 2 falls. One that is a dream sequence at the very start of the game with the cloak and with the giant worm. And the second is when we really lose her without the cloak and to some tornadoes.
