Zelda References in Other Games

I somehow feel like ZD has covered this before in some way or another. Has there been an accumulated list of Zelda references, Easter eggs, and such? I'm sure there are a ton out there. I only ask cause it seems i've come across another one. Don't know if there's an official sharing spot, or if anyone even really cares. Anyway for those interested, while playing Xenoblade Chronicles X, I came across an NPC that when approached greets you with a "hey, listen" accompanied by a text box of information. If anyone is playing and hasn't discovered it yet, you can find the NPC at the Dorian Caravan north of Central Ibra Ravine in Oblivia

Is this a direct reference to Zelda? Just a coincidence? I did name my character Link so its no wonder I immediately thought "Navi!"
