All right, I'll list mine. These are the only ones I play regularly:

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
Monster Hunter Tri
Sonic Unleashed

And these are the ones that are either broken in some way, or I just don't play them anymore:

Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands
Bleach: Shattered Blade
Naruto Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

Those are all the Wii games I own.

The ones I play regularly are:
- Super Smash Bros. Brawl
- Mario Kart Wii

These are the games I play occasionally (unless I'm doing a playthrough and I really get into them):
- The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
- The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
- New Super Mario Bros. Wii
- Wii Sports
- Wii Sports Resort

...and the ones I almost never play are:
- Wii Fit Plus (says a lot, doesn't it?)
- Super Paper Mario
- Mario Party 8
- Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games (Beijing 2008)
- Metroid Prime 3: Corruption

Virtual Console games:
- Super Smash Bros.
- Super Mario 64
- The Legend of Zelda
- Zelda II: The Adventure of Link
- The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
- The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
- The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
- Paper Mario
- Super Mario Bros. 3

I also have several bad third-party games that came with the Wii when I bought it. I don't even know what they're called...

This was off the top of my head, so I'll probably edit these once I can see my collection. (Edit: It turns out that actually was my full collection. Not as many as I thought. :P) I still can't believe I don't own either of the Super Mario Galaxy games yet. Soon...

The game is on!
My Wii games:

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
Super Mario Galaxy
Super Mario Galaxy 2
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Mario Kart Wii
Animal Crossing: Let's Go to the City (aka "City Folks" for you Americans)
Pokémon Battle Revolution
Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga
Lego Harry Potter: Years 1-4

So that's basically only Nintendo developed games, except for the Lego games, which I don't play that much anyway. I don't think I'll ever buy another Wii game to my collection actually, I have all the games I'm interested in and I doubt they'll release a new interesting Wii game before the WiiU comes out. I could type down my Wii virtual console games too, though it would take too long. :)
