Wow, that's a tough one. So many of the locales throughout the Zelda series are accompanied by an extremely catchy and/or atmospheric tune. Just off the top of my head (and by "off the top of my head," I mean "after thinking about it for a few minutes"), the two that come to mind are Hyrule Field (Twilight Princess) and The Sealed Grounds (Skyward Sword).

Of course, there's the Lost Woods from Ocarina of Time.

I also really love the overworld themes from Wind Waker and Phantom Hourglass. They're very similar, but bot of them are great.

I also really love the Faron Woods theme from Skyward Sword, as well as the Sailing the Sand Sea theme. Both are really wonderful.

But my absolute favorite has to be the overworld theme from Spirit Tracks. It's such a wonderful tune, I could listen to it all day! I also really like the Cursed Realm theme, too.
