Gah, it's such a difficult choice. Even my most hated Zelda games have some excellent tracks.
Think I'd have to go with the Song of Healing from MM though. Such a peaceful and yet sorrowful and somber tune. It fits the game's entire atmosphere so well that it's kind of hard to believe.
