Well, I haven't finished OoT yet, so I have to go with the final battle with Gannondorf in Twilight Princess. Its was the best battle in the whole game because it was sacred blade vs. tainted sacred blade. It lasted a while, depending on how you fought it out. And Zelda watched in amazement.
