I'd have to go with Morpha, Ocarina of Time. There is literally nothing to that battle, it's pathetic how easy it is to beat. And the dungeon itself is easy, it's literally impossible to die there, without purposely drowning yourself. Plus, I've never found the dungeon to be confusing. Only time consuming.
