Deku Tree. It is literally so simple it's ridiculous. I have had bad playthroughs of it though when the n64 controller messed up or whatever...
Dodongo's Cavern was annoying
Jabu-Jabu can get confusing if you do stuff in the wrong order

No matter which version we are talking about here, it always will be Inside the Deku Tree. It serves the same purpose in all versions: to introduce the player to combat, puzzles and combinations of the two.
