And the others too, In my headcanon I call them Hylian Drafters. There's a lighter type and a heavier type, used as cart horses, riding horses and warhorses.

Horse is generally the guess, but i suspect you meant breed of horse, Epona reminds me of a clydesdale in OOT not so sure in TP but it's likely a racing horse.

Actually in TP, she reminds me of a Black Forest Horse. They come in silver bay like she does.

Thats a good thought. I think Telma's horse might be a Shire too.

Epona doesn't seem to be well drawn enough yet for it to be particularly obvious. She's most likely some breed of draft horse. The Schleswig Coldblood seems to be a damn perfect fit. I just personally enjoy that a horse made for pulling heavy loads rather than cross county running at fast speeds is Link's main mare. It certainly explains why she's so slow.
