The Gorons don't, but they have natural super strength and the ability to dig through solid rock. Cutting one would be like trying to slice a rock with a kitchen knife.

That is true, but many civilizations also had at least limited access the electric arrows. put the end of one of those into the water and you win that fight.
True especially cuz zora are Allergic electricity, I would know
I vote Gerudo too, they have Nabooris (move over AT-ATs in Star Wars) and they are hardened and tough warriors.
