What BOTW kingdom would win a all out war

I think the Gerudo tribe would win with the sheikah being my second bet.

The only issue I have is that they are mainly old people so that's why I put them as my second bet

I would actually place my bets on the rito because they can fly to avoid attacks, rain down bomb arrows and finally if in danger retreat back to Hebra.

The problem with the rito is that if we are involving the champions then Urbosa would just have to snap her fingers then thunder strikes

both the rito and zora are weak to electricity so that's why I think the zora would do the worse

Each kingdom subsection is pretty weak. No individual domain maintains a standing military force, nor does it seem like any of them host accomplished fighters. If it really came down to it then I'd put a soft bet on the Gorons. They seem to be lava proof, meaning they're made of such dense and durable stuff that they can survive a magma soak. Nothing the other settlements could muster would scratch them.

The Gorons do not have a properly trained troops while the gerudo have highly trained warriors and the Gorons are the least trained

ultimately, the only good military's was Hyrule's, and it was still kinda bad.
