Usually, music is my go-to stress reliever. If I'm feeling really stressed out, I'll lie on my bed with my door shut, put on headphones, and just listen attentively to whatever playlist I feel like listening to. Jazz is often my best stress reliever, but sometimes I need a good heavy metal session to truly calm down.

Another, more recent stress reliever for me, is driving. I know driving stresses a lot of people out, but it has the complete opposite effect on me. If I'm feeling stressed, usually in combination with sadness, shock, or anger, I'll take the car out on a long road somewhere and spend an hour or so continuously driving down this road until I feel good enough to turn around. Sometimes I'll play music in the car, but I actually find it more soothing if it's quiet, because then it's just me and my thoughts.

I relieve stress by spending the hbots wktb a glod

Sometimes it takes a while to process but stress is a natural reaction to the world aroujd you. We are all balls off self contained matter and we spend pur seconds thinking about each pther as socialities but we forget that the world is of blue and green not gray and fire.

Stay safe my friends

I have a few methods that I use to reduce strees such as.

- Listening to music. This is always a great escape to throw in some earphones and blast some music.

- Snuggling with pet Cats. Pets are great comfort when you're not feeling great.

- Talking/hanging with friends. It's also usually helpful for me to ask my friends to come over or just vent to them on Facebook or whatever. It's always good to get some reassurance on some things and some support on others.

- Seriously consider if it's even worse stressing over. These days I stress less often than I used to because I've come to realize that some things simply aren't worth getting worked up over. If it won't matter a year from now then usually there is no point to stress really.
