Twilight Princess Twilight Princess, 3 Heart Challenge and 100% in the Same File?

Is it allowed to Three Heart Challenge a game, (this time being twilight princess), then once its beaten, use the same file, collect everything, and beat it again, to beat it 100%?

Also, does a three heart challenge include the cave of ordeals with three hearts? or just the main adventure?

The main adventure. You have to defeat all dungeons and Ganondorf with just three hearts. You can include the sidequests but some will give you heartpieces and when you collect 5 of them you will gain another heart container. So you better not pick up those heartpieces

Dude, its totally up to you. If you beat the game with the 3-heart challenge, you are very welcome to continue the file and get everything. I don't see anything wrong with that, and it might be a good use of your time and then you won't have to play through the game again. So, Go for it!
