Trollish Moves in Pokemon

Swagger and Thunder Wave (yellow magic).
It's almost unreal how troll-ish these seem to be by design. Swagger is specifically used to increase the damage you deal to yourself, even if you're specially oriented. It's not even a slight bump either - it's a full two stages that you'll be hitting yourself in the face with.
Thunder Wave is insane because it's perfectly accurate and has insane distribution due to it being a TM. Just about every other status move has a relatively high percent chance to miss (Willowisp and Sleep Powder). The few 100% accurate moves like Spore have such limited distribution that they aren't that big of a deal. But every Pokemon and their mother gets Thunder Wave. It's just maddening.
