Lmao, this is such a weak case when HHH easily had the best role claimed for being town proven.
I hadn't really considered this and it does make it weaker. HHH's role wasn't confirmed and a hint-giving role is possible as scum, especially if its intended that they use the role on themselves (and HHH decided to use it on a town player instead in order to win town pants). Considering they died, i don't think this is the case, but its possible that a scum team not involving HHH could feel that HHH's role would not be too threatening to them if confirmed. I know you and I tend to have pretty divergent feelings on clearing players using this sort of information though, and so i can believe you might prioritize killing HHH for this reason if you were scum.
the cases are something like "jamie is scum and killed HHH to reduce heat on them", "jamie is town and scum killed HHH to increase heat on jamie", "jamie is scum and killed HHH for other reasons (such as the one you posed), "jamie is town and scum killed HHH for other reasons (such as the one you posed), and "scum didn't kill HHH"
The fifth case has negligible odds and can probably be discarded. As the odds of the first and third cases become higher, the odds of you being scum become higher. As the odds of the second and fourth cases become higher,, the odds of you being town become higher.
You've convinced me that the ods of the third and fourth cases are higher, which lowers the odds of the first and second cases, but that doesn't necessarily lower your odds of being scum, because you've effectively introduced two new cases which could result in your chance of being scum going either up or down, and considering you're someone who would likely kill HHH in a scum position it probably doesn't make it go down.

If you were scum, who would you have prioritized killing last night?
