Here are the rules:
1. I use Gimp, so please don't request for me to use a differant program.
2. I will usually have a basic banner done in 2-3 days, a medium difficulty banner done in 4-5 days, and a difficult banner might take me a week. Please don't nag for the Banner, it WILL be finished.
3. I can do banners, Wallpapers, and Avatars. If you want something else, we can come to an arrangement.
