The Funniest/Most Embarrassing Thing You Did While Playing Zelda

-ponders- I haven't really thought about that...
PROBABLY in the Wind Waker, in the Forbidden Forest. I was about mid-way through the dungeon when I got stuck. I couldn't figure out a way to get up to one of those moving plants, and for HOURS I wandered around the place, getting more ticked off as the minutes went by. It wasn't until I noticed a plant I could use my grapple hook on (which was RIGHT above my head) and /finally/ got through that room. I seriously smacked myself hard for that one...

What can I say? I was only ten. |D;

i have three, 1. I was roaming around Hyrule Field (OoT) as Young Link killing Peahats just for fun, and the money, and i was unaware of Stalchildren (i forget everything ) at night so when i went to kill another Peahat at night it didn't even budge, so when i was looking for another Peahat i can kill all of a sudden a bunch of Stalchildren popped up here and there, and after a killed a few it was almost morning and then a large one popped up, i was surprised that i shut off my N64 (i had 500 rupees) and i didn't know i saved it after i started playing again. 2. When i was escorting Ilia, Telma, and the Zora Prince (TP) i was wondering why the cart kept going off in the middle of the field and more enemies came, then when i looked it up on ZD there was a Kargarok dropping stupid bombs the WHOLE TIME! 3. I was playing ALttP and i was in the Desert Palace, i forgot what Beamos do (because in OoT and TP they just make a trail of lazers) but when i stood in front of one a lazer shot straight out and i got hit, for the rest of the day i knew what Beamos do in ALttP

The Funniest thing I ever done on a Zelda game was at WW. I was at the Outset island, trying to find the fairy to cure grandma, and of course i found it under a bombable rock. I set up a bomb and waited, then suddenly i noticed i'm out of rupees, I decide to cut some grass to get some rupees, I then placed a bomb just for fun near the grass and slashed away.

Naturally the bomb near the boulder had exploded revealing a secret area. And the bomb that I placed near the grass exploded soon after, the only thing i did wrong was I was caught by the blast and i got blasted back, Of course i thought it was funny, but what made it funnier is that i got pushed back towards the hole and fell in.

I was ROFL all day with that and i wished i had video tape it and put it on youtube.

My most embarrassing moment was,

While playing TP, it was night time on the game. And I was looking for Blue Chu Jelly near Lake Hylia. And I thought I spotted one, so I killed it and took the jelly in the bottle. Turned out, it was Purple Chu Jelly. Realizing that it would be stupid to keep it, I drank it. And after I drank it, I had a 1/4 heart life left. So, I quickly hopped on Epona to escape the surrounding Chu's, and just my luck, a chu hits me and I die while on Epona. That marks the only time I ever got a game over on TP, and it was due to my stupidity.

When i first got Tp I was very exited and got quite far I got the wooden sword and was realy getting into it when I hit myself in the face with the wii remote -OUCH-

I mentioned in another post that I'm currently playing WW. The 'Tingle Turner' is right above your first empty bottle in the select item screen. When I was fighting a boss, I accidentally set the tingle turner to my 'c' button instead of my Elixir soup. Therefore, when I needed it when I was down to half a heart, I pounded on 'c'...it didn't work...got hit by a flame...and saw the lovely 'game over' screen. Somewhere around here is a 'dumbest death' thread as well that this anecdote could also go in. *g* At least it made me laugh when I continued the game and figured out what had happened.

Well my funniest moment while playing Zelda

I was playing Minish cap and i was rolling around hyrule town and i kept rolling and rolling Then all of the sudden one of my friends entered my room and saw me rolling in the game and then he shout DO A BARREL ROLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there was a moment of silence and Link rolled one more time

I was playing WW and I was at the forbidden fortress for the second time. My little brother had been playing earlier and I had laughed at him for not knowing to use the deku leaf in the tower of the gods. Then in the forbidden fortress I didn't know what to do where you used the lanterns before to cross gaps. So I ran around for two hours until I finally quit. Then I asked him how to do the part I was stuck on and he told me that I had to use the deku leaf. I felt like such an idiot.

I was playing OoT in my PJ64, and I was at Spirit Temple. I was stuck somewhere and I got angry. So....I pressed F1 which is the reset button!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One tme, I was playing TP, and i was ALMOST done with the Wind Temple, I just had to reach that switch on the main room ceiling right? so i spent literally a week trying to figure it out. Gave it up for lieke a year, tryed again, and after an hour, my mom (who has beaten the game before) took the controller, and pulled the switch in, like, 5 min. :/

I remember something I did randomly a while ago. Shortly after obtaining the Spiritual Stones of Water, and Ruto saying "Don't tell my father!" When I ran back into Zora's Domain, I randomly said "Father, father, I got the Spiritual Stones of Water!" I didn't even plan on saying it or plan the melody I said it in or anything. Just randomly.

I was trying to beat the mini boss in the Fire temple in Twilight Princess, but I kept on falling off of the platform. So I asked my brother to beat him for me (I don't know why) and he beat the mini boss in his first try (he's a Zelda noob) and I was like "Come ON! You gotta be ****ing kidding me!" My mom heard me and I got grounded because I swore. That's all I can think of at the moment, but I think I did something else embarrassing when I went through my second game of Wind Waker.
