Stallord and Argorock from Twilight Princess, and Twinmold from Majora's Mask

Stallord was fun because of the Spinner, Argorock was fun because you feel like Spiderman with double clawshots, and Twinmold was fun because you got to put on the Giant's Mask and have at it.

The ghost from Wind Waker, sorry cant remember the name....

I always used to get the tornado attack before that temple so that I could split the ghosts, and let the carnage begin
But otherwise it was an intersting boss, that required you to look around the room to see where his weakness was.

This dude took me forever to figure out how to beat. The targeting system on WW can really throw you off when fighting bosses.

Truthfully, the Ganondorf swordfight from TP. When it comes to mini-bosses, (i know its stereotypical) Dark Link from OoT.
