Majora's Mask Stuck in Mid-air

I was fighting the frog thing in the giant bubble in the great bay temple when he grabbed me, so i started button mashing like crazy to get out, but when he threw me out I was stuck in mid air. I tried a sword slash to get down but now I am stuck mid sword slash mid air. I cant use any items or move at all. Is there anyway out of this or do I have to start the dungeon over again.
