I'm a little late to this, but it was announced that JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 3: Stardust Crusaders is indeed coming to Toonami on July 29th with an English dub.
From the brief "ORA!" cry at the end, it sounds like Matt Mercer is now doing his own Ora's rather than Patrick Seitz like in the test dub, which is a good thing. Otherwise **** might have gotten a bit weird and confusing in the final battle.
