Okay so i just finished my first play through of SS and I not quiet sure if this really is a prequel to the rest of the series. In the end Impa vanishes, if that means she is dead wouldnt Oot have to be before her death. The only things i can think of that would change this is that the Oot Impa is a reincarnation of the Impa in SS. tell me what you think im kinda confused :S

There is more than one Impa. Impa is in Zelda II as well, but its a different one.

It's a different Impa in OoT, just like with Link and Zelda. This game can't be anything but a prequel to OoT with the creation of the Master Sword.
