I think it will be in there. I do agree with everyone positive on here, that he will become harder. I also think everything else will be in there, no matter what anyone else says.

He doesn't seem any harder than a normal enemy just bigger... fighting multiple scorpians might pose a threat though. kinda like where one baddie fails many shall succeed? i dunno im sure that other mini bosses and main bosses will be much much harder than that demo fodder. That thing was meant to be killed. I mean it's gotta be pretty hard not to beat the E3 monster you know? they made him easy so that anyone at the convention could easily dispatch the oversized scary monster. point and case. Demos are usually totorial in essence so the real game will undoubtedly be harder.

I think they always show easy fights in the first trailers. I don't think they're really that easy, but they just throw a bunch of scenes together and call it a trailer. I think it will be harder than that.

It looks to me to be a mini-boss, or just a demo-boss that won't be in the final game.
