"Stop messing with my stuff!" She jumps over the railing and lands lightly on her boat. "That's precious." She takes the necklace from her. "It was my mother's."

 

[TatlTails]

"Oh, I'm sorry." The girl replied, a slight frown creasing her pretty features for just a moment. "I didn't mean to upset you." The smile came back, just a bit embarrassed, as she said "I just saw all of this stuff, and I couldn't help myself." She shrugged, then giggled again and looked back at the things she'd already tried on. "You have a lot of beautiful stuff, Miss. Why don't you wear it?"

She looked back at Arriana at this question, with a concerned look and a slight tilt of the head. Then she smiled even brighter and gently took the necklace back, before placing it around Arriana's neck. "There, that's much better." She giggled, adjusting the necklace slightly before pulling away. "Looks so pretty on you."

She cleans up her things. "I don't want to get robbed. If I wear too much, I'll be attacked and it'll be stolen." She keeps the blue topaz necklace on. "And thank you.... I had forgotten about this."

 

[TatlTails]

"Well that's a shame." The girl frowned, again just for a moment before her bright smile returned. "It compliments your eyes so well, and I'm sure it reminds you of your mother. Those are good memories to keep around."

She nods. "May I have a name?"

 

[TatlTails]

"Sure." The girl beamed, before offering a soft little hand and saying "My name is Bangs. And yours?"

She shakes firmly. "Arianna Storme." She smiles. "Want to come up to the crow's next with me?"

 

[TatlTails]

"Ooo, that would be exciting!" Bangs perked up, before frowning just slightly and murmuring "Though it would be awfully high up... and they might not let me on the ship at all. Sailors don't often take too kindly to sirens, after all." She punctuated her statement with a bashful grin, one that was almost apologetic.

"You're a siren? Oh the irony..." She chuckles.

 

[TatlTails]

Bangs giggled right along with her, then declared "Yep! Siren of the sea, and usually proud of it. Some of the fish even say I have the best voice in the Marina, but of course that's just a rumor."

"This shop is called the Siren Call." She pats the hull of the larger ship.

 

[TatlTails]

"I know." Bangs giggled again. "That's why I like it so much. I follow this ship more often than any others, but not just because of the name. The crew is fun to eavesdrop on as well." She said that last bit with a bit of a conspiratorial squint.

She smiles then climbs back onto the larger ship.

Bangs chose to stay behind. The water felt rather nice on her feet right now, she'd rather stay close to it for a little while longer...

But Fang was waiting for Arianna when she came back up. "Oi!" She snapped at the woman, marching right up to her with a dangerous-looking glare. "Ya just got a job here, an' yer already slackin' off? Y'ain't makin' a good impression here, chica!"
