PSN Help

Hey I need help logging onto the PSN. I am currently a sub account user but every time I try to log in it won't log me in. It keeps on saying this:
"An error has occured.
(80023158)"
I don't know what's wrong. Does anyone know the answer?

I've encountered this problem once before, what I did was turn off the PS3, reset my Internet connection, turn the PS3 back on and PSN started working again. It may not work for you – I never could do extensive testing because I don't have a PS3 myself, just was at a friend's.

I tried resetting it but it still doesn't work. For some reason, I can only log in my master account (my dad's) instead of my sub-account (me).

Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything about the error code on the playstation's website. But, I read here that "it is unable to connect with your email address provided." Try a different email address and make sure your account information is correct.
