The way the Japanese write it is very telling: フロル So you would think three syllables would be logical. But フロル = Furoru. The vowel sound on the last kana (ル, ru) is usually dropped. From this, the best pronunciation would be something like Fuh-roar, voicing the second vowel sound much more than the first.
