New Zelda Lego Set Officially Announced.

Hoo boy. Definitely buying one of these!
I remember being a kid and thinking Lego sets were so darn expensive. In my adult life, I thought back on that and assumed it only seemed expensive at the time because I was a kid. But nope! They really are outrageously expensive! And for something you have to build yourself, too... Truly they are the IKEA of the toy world.

i wonder if on Amazon you can do that payment plan they have now.

That's true. Although for me personally, I like to avoid payment plan things when I can and only stick to purchases I know I have the money for. I just feel that buying on tomorrow's dime can spin out of control too easily.

Very sensible. Though for say a smartphone or car it makes sense to do payment plan.

The set is nice looking for sure, but here in Canada it's almost $400 and I can't justify spending that much on a 2500 piece set when most come to around 10 cents per piece.

I also wish, instead of giving the option of assembling either OoT's or BotW/TotK's Deku Trees that you could assemble both at once. That would have made it so much more worth it.

$450 AUD is a bit too much for me to want to purchase this. It’s cool that they’re doing Zelda sets though, I’ll be keeping an eye out for any others they may come out with.

I found out that my partner ended up getting me this for me as a gift but it didn't arrive to his place on time before he came to visit this month so on our next trip together he's gonna give it to me. Looking forward to putting it together once that comes around! We visited the Lego store in Sydney and while I was looking at it there he told me he'd already purchased it for me so that I don't go and buy it myself too before our next trip.
