NEED THIS ANSWERED!!!!

In SS, at the Skyview Temple (forest temple) there is a headstone in the grass (to the right of the temple when facing it) and it says to look to the star where the bird faces the sky and aim your shot there, or something close to it. I have no idea what this means, i thought it would be similar to obtaining the fire arrow in OoT. But I cannot find what to shoot at, i tried the sun, didnt work. Someone please give me a hand with this!! Being what i consider a Zelda Veteran, i am ashamed i cant figure this out!

right in front of the door to the forest temple if you look directly up, you will see a diamond. Shoot it, then the door will open.

really? thats all that is? wow, i did that way back when i first entered the woods, guess i didnt get the whole "shoot where the bird is looking" thing, man, i thought it was gona be some big secret thing
