Need Help Identifying a Music Video, Please Help D:

First of all, thanks for looking at this topic, as this has been bugging me for years now, I can't remember much about this music video, but hopefully enough for one of you to identify it.
From what I can remember there was a blue/purple-ish demon child chasing a woman around a house and garden, I specifically remember her being chased on top of a fridge at one point, either near the beginning or at the end of the video a bunch of people in some sort of surveillance centre are watching the music video happen through many screens.
I can't remember the genre of the music but and educated guess tells me it was probably released in the late 90's or early noughties, thanks for the help

I tried asking my dad about it because it could of been heavy/power metal witch he likes but he said it didnt sound famillier sorry.I didn't think to ask my dad till i had a dream about it
