A Link Between Worlds Need Freebie Shadow Links

Is there a way I can farm Freebie Shadow Links? Spotpass doesn't work and Streepass won't work because

1) Hardly anyone walks anymore.

2) Hardly anyone plays Nintendo.

3) Nobody does both.
