My thread won't appear in the shoutbox

You know how when someone posts a new thread or if someone replies to a thread, it appears in the shoutbox? Well, I just posted a new thread and people have been replying to it and I was shocked to see that my thread is not in the shoutbox. Why isn't my thread appearing in the shoutbox?

Maybe it was a fluke. Considering that it no longer matters, we shouldn't worry about it unless it happens again. Keep us posted
