Hey,
For the last few years I've played this game called Midnight Mansion (a sequel was released last year) and thought that it is very good. Please note that it is only compatible with Macs but they will start work for a Windows port.
Midnight Mansion 1 Description:
"As Jack Malone, you will explore eight huge mansions, each filled with traps, puzzles, and secrets, as you search for legendary treasure. Ride on conveyor belts, avoid zapper beams, and dodge monsters as you collect keys that give you access to new areas of each mansion."
Midnight Mansion 2 Description (I helped with beta testing on this one
) :
"Jack Malone is back, in his biggest adventure yet! Join Jack in his quest for treasure as he explores underground caverns, mad scientist laboratories, spooky graveyards, old abandoned castles, and more!
A Brand New Adventure!
Outwit new enemies and solve new puzzles as you explore over 880 rooms in the built-in mansions. And when you're done, try out the two bonus mansions for an additional 170 rooms of adventure! And as always, a level builder is included so you can create your mansions, or play mansions others have made."
They are updating the first Midnight Mansion with High Definition Graphics and it will be released on the Mac App Store some time soon (beta testing is nearly over and I can tell you that it is truly amazing)
