Master Quest... Key in Fire Temple

this is the first time ive ever used zelda game help so here it goes.

im playing master quest and im on the fire temple

ok so im in the room opposite of where durania is.its the one with the long bridge over the lava. i need a chest which i think holds a key because the other chests dont seem to be reachable and i need a key to get past the door long after the room im in.

this chest is to my left on a high ledge. to open the door you have to light 2 torches but theres only one problem i cant figure out how to get on the ledge can anyone plese help ive been trying for hours.

umm its pretty simple


hookshot the target, if ur talking bout the side im thinking of, and if its the other side u also has to hookshot

EDIT:i have one more question how do you get the target up there is no target

try the torches i have never played master quest but if there is a torch up on that ledge it is your target
