I figured that was implied since Mipha basically said she's best at healing when she thinks of Link and then Zelda awakens her powers to protect Link

She also keeps a diary and she writes about all the memories and how she comes to like him and gets him to open up to her. She feels guilty for shouting at him afterbthe Yiga attqck and goes from there to begin liking him.
