Legend of Zelda Masks

This past summer I have been learning the art of mask making. What better series to use as inspiration and goals than the Legend of Zelda?

I have completed 2: The Couples mask (which I made as a wedding gift for a friend) and the Keaton mask.




I have 2 others waiting to be finished: The Mask of Truth and Majora's Mask, but since the weather has cooled, my fiberglass resin is misbehaving. I also have only a very small porch on which to work, so it's not ideal.

Thank you I've considered selling them, but right now I have neither the time, nor the space, really to make it into a business. I'm hoping after I'm done with my Master's program next May that that will all change.

Don't worry about it. I moved it to World of Zelda for you, but for future reference, try to get familiar with our various sub forums. That way you'll know where to post a new thread next time.

Anyway, design wise my personal favourite mask out of these is the Mask of Truth. I just like how simple it is, and how cool it looks. Majora's Mask is a close second though. ^^

I like the Mask of Truth as well. I like how the design is oddly creepy yet hard to look away from.

I like the fierce deity mask since Fierce Deity Link's face is fabulous x)

The Stone Mask! Not only is it useful, but it looks hilarious as well. I'm not so fond of the change for where to get it in MM 3D, but it's understandable.

Majora's Mask is so beautiful. It's whimsical and kinda creepy looking at the same time.

Keaton mask, I like the design.

Aesthetically, Majora's or Fierce Deity's Masks (considered All Night Mask as well).

For function though, Bunny Hood. It even has hidden powers besides just running fast!
