So as noted in the SB, the Zelda series seems to be littered with these massive behemoths left right and center but if they are such sizes they would collapse under their own weight, so out of the bosses who would you say is in fact the largest but at the sametime least heaviest?

Most of the Aerial creatures in the series would by necessity have to be fairly light, but even the heaviest looking, such as Argorok can still fly ridiculously well, so i think it's quite likely he's hollow boned and almost pure muscle.

I'd imagine Biggoron is the heaviest creature as Gorons claim to be made of rock. Which is a lot heavier than muscle. He also has a big belly full of rocks too.

I bet my console on stallord
Stallord would be made of bone, but would lack flesh, i wonder how much his bones would weigh, considering they've been in a desert environment for so long, they'd probably have either hollowed out or filled with sand.

Morpheal could be much heavier as it has the water to support its weight.
The pressures underwater could also help in it's aha morphology, it being cylindrical (roughly) in shape could be a result of equal pressure on all sides, it would need a fairly strong bone density under water.

I'd imagine Biggoron is the heaviest creature as Gorons claim to be made of rock. Which is a lot heavier than muscle. He also has a big belly full of rocks too.
True physiological BigGoron could very well be the largest and heaviest. Mostly due to his diet i'd say, a dude that eats rocks has gotta be solid.

While i like this answer i gotta point out, we're looking for Largiest possible creature who isn't the heaviest, i'd say we found our upper limit with Big Goron though ^^

I wouldn't say all large and heavy creatures would collapse under their own weight. They'd certainly have a hard time moving around and our real world logic would dictate that they should collapse, however creatures like King Dodongo certainly emphasize the weight and cumbersome power of the creature. We have to remember that it is a video game and so real world physics won't always apply.

To me, the best example of weight to size ratio would probably be the thunder dragon from Skyward Sword. He's a big fellow and yet seems to get around on clouds, indicating he's lighter than them.
