Backstory: A police officer in the city of Avalon Falls, Edward is a descendant of Sir Vitas the Swift, a Knight of Camelot, and like many of his ancestors, became an advisor to King Mordred. During a near-death experience early in his time on the Force, he received the powers that have been latent in his family for generations - the Time magic that game Sir Vitas his speed. The power was... overwhelming, to say the least.
More recently, he's begun exploring his powers more on a bet from Mordred's bodyguard. He isn't quite sure where or when he is, just that this time period is important for his friend.
