Kokiri=Monkeys?

Its an interesting idea, with the evidence that there are many similarities. The only flaw is that there wouldn't be a reason for kokiri to change into monkeys.

Also one thing I find interesting is that in MM, all (non monster/enemy) races present in OoT hyrule exist in Termina. Deku scrubs, humans, zora, gorons, gerudo..except kokiri. However in an area very similar to the lost woods you find monkeys which may show that monkeys are intended to be a parallel race.

TP is based on the land n OOT so it is supposed to b kokiri but they could be in a farther land or were run out by hylians. the only proof that you have to kokiri not being monkes is the skull kid. OoT you meet him navi said is this what happens to kids who get lost in the forest? Proof that kokiri where not monkeys. Get me?
