Mutsuki Kamijo Is engaged to Nozomi Yamanaki an works as a salary man. Tachibana Sakuya has left, looking for a way to revive Sayoko Fukusawa. BOARD has secretly been remade. Lead by a mysterious man named Arcadia. Why has it been remade? Because for some odd reason, the Undead have bee freed, again. Now 4 youths have been selected to carry o the legacy of the BOARD riders as the special group CARD.
