i've always pronounced it "Ku-Kar-ick-OH"... but i also pronounce ocarina "Oh-carina", so i'm probably a minority with this as well.

Personally, I pronounce it one of two ways.
KA-ka-RI-ko (two accents) or ka-KA-ri-ko.

I've usually pronounced it Kuh-CARE-re-koh. Sometimes I'll say Kah-KARi-koh (With Kari like the digidestined 
), or Kah-kah-REE-koh, but they're used more out of fun. I pronounce it the way it looks to me/the way other people pronounce it. In this case, the former pronounciation was both of those things.
