I recently had to do a forced shutdown on my laptop due to a couple of things not opening, start menu and internet router menu to name a couple of things, and upon starting up, I was prompted to enter a password, which I recently reset and doesn’t work, instead of my normal 4 digit pin. Any time I click the “Forgot Password” button, nothing. Only thing left that I can think of is going through the laptops internal “troubleshooting”. Does anyone know how to get there upon start up on Windows 10?
EDIT: I'm on my phone.
UPDATE: nvm, I remembered that for me it was hold ESC upon start up then tap F10 to get into the troubleshoot section. Anyway, I'm back on my PC again.
Since I'm good I don't think I need this open any longer. Also, sorry if this counts as spam in anyway.
