Is the City in the Sky?

Just a quick speculation post before I go to school (if anyone can post pics, that'd be great ). What if Thunderhead becomes the city in the sky? People speculated Skyloft may be before, but from the pics, thunderhead may be a better guess. It looks much more like the City in the Sky, plus, it's already abandoned. Anyone who already played the game have any info?

I actually just got to thunderhead(That big ball of cloud right?) It doesn't seem like it seeing as its destroyed and that the city in the sky has propellers(I'm pretty sure). This doesn't. Also it seems to bunchy. Theres like 5 islands in there. And their all pretty small. Hopefully that helped you
