At the start of Skyward Sword there is no Master Sword but at the end there is. so dose this mean the events of ocarnia of time happened after Skyward Sword?

Skyward Sword is indeed the earliest Zelda game - so far. Ocarina of Time is confirmed to take place after the events of Skyward Sword. It is an origin story for the Master Sword and the land of Hyrule (among other things).

There is no Master Sword in Link's Awakening at all- therefore it is the first game in the timeline and predates all the rest by a significant amount of time. Nintendo's timeline is wrong.

Link's Awakening is a confirmed sequel of ALttP and often the Oracle games, featuring the same Link from ALttP. In the LA manual, it states that Link set out to sea after defeating a great evil, referring to Ganon, who Link defeats in both ALttP and OoX. LA also has many references to ALttP, particularly during the final boss fight.

To the original poster, SS has been confirmed by Aonuma as the first game in the timeline as of that statement. The original question has been answered, so I'll be closing this thread.
