SUMMARY:
Taking place in the future, Insignia is about a military group called the State. The state recruits teenagers to be Combatants: an elite group of teen soldiers, chosen for their unique Virtual Reality skills to fight World War III in space! With a computer in your brain, you are training to become part of the Camalot Company, a group who controls robots and battleships up in space in a war against the Russo-Chinese forces.

Backstory: British, despite her name. Shiruya, also knows as Shiran, has had a normal life in these terms. She grew up with a strong love for anything supernatural. She got sent to the state at 12 for her amazing viral skills.
Appearance: Long white hair and yellow eyes. Bleached skin. She wears the State uniform (Black trousers and blazer with a red collar and belt)
