I would like the pose to be as similar as possible and that double outline effect too.

idk much about 3D modelling buts its possible it would be as simple ad downloading a link model, posing it in an editor, and then screenshotting it and applying a couple photoshop filters

which is definitely not something i'm capable of doing but in the hands of someone with the right skillset it might not be too time consuming assuming the necessary resources exit
