How to Get to the Ice Arrows?

So, I gave the Gerudo Training Grounds a shot, and I almost have the ice arrows. However, I know how to get to the last key, but I've quite literally searched pretty much EVERY SQUARE INCH of the ceiling with the Lens of Truth, but there is nowhere to climb through. Don't give me a link to the walkthrough, I've tried that, and it didn't help one bit.

im not sure on this but i believe the hidden ceiling is either the first or second door to the right or left

Oh. The walkthrough should be edited, then, because it makes it sound like it's in the first room. I've found the arrows, now.

I always went through the door on the left if you entered the room from the main entrance. If you go through the left door, there should be a part of the ceiling that you can climb through using the metal grips on the wall. Climb up and grab the small key there and keep going. If you went right, then I'm not exactly sure what happens. I haven't tried it.
