How Do People Already Have Skyward Sword?

Some people are pirating it. I'm up to Ancient Cistern at the moment. I can't speak for the intentions of others, but I know that I'M gonna buy the game once it is released. I'm just impatient and decided, if it's available and I'm gonna pay for it anyhow, then why not go ahead and play it?

I pirated it, to be honest. I've preordered it, so I have no moral lashing.

Some people are of Switzerland, where it was released last Friday.

Unfortunately, I'm not one of them.

Some people are journalists (such as Machinima, Kotaku, Zelda Informer, etc...) , and get new games early so they can get good reviews in time or before the release. Switzerland has gotten lucky and recieved Skyward Sword very early, last Friday (as said from Vibed) and Europe is going to recieve it on the 18th (this Friday).
Unfortunately, some people are pirating it.
